Kitchen Helper (mostly frying)

We are looking for a Kitchen Helper to join our team at Punjab Sweet House. The job mainly includes helping with samosa frying, bhatura frying, batata vada frying, kachori frying, and keeping the frying area clean.

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹15,000 (in-hand)

Key Responsibilities

Help in frying samosas and bhaturas on time.
Keep frying utensils, kadai, and work area clean.
Keep dough, stuffing, and other items ready.
Follow proper frying process and maintain food quality.
Check oil and ingredients before use.
Remove old or spoiled ingredients.
Help the kitchen team during busy hours.
Clean the frying area after work.
Maintain and track kitchen inventory.

Job Requirements

The minimum qualification is 10th pass with 1–2 years of kitchen or frying experience. Experience in samosa, kachori, puri, or bhatura frying is preferred. The candidate should be comfortable working near hot oil and during busy evening hours.

Punctuality and regular attendance are very important for this role.
Candidate should be responsible and able to handle work without constant supervision.
Must be comfortable working during busy evening hours.
