Position Overview

The Kitchen Helper will support the kitchen team in preparing high-quality food, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. This role is ideal for someone who is hardworking, disciplined, and eager to grow in the food industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist chefs with basic food preparation (cutting vegetables, cleaning ingredients, portioning, etc.).

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas.

• Wash utensils, equipment, and maintain overall kitchen sanitation.

• Help in receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen supplies.

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

• Support in packing orders and arranging items during busy hours.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a restaurant or kitchen preferred.

• Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Punctual, reliable, and a team player.

• Physical stamina to stand for long hours and handle kitchen tasks.

• It is a Full Time Cook / Chef job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
