Kitchen Helper – Multi-Cuisine Restaurant (Badlapur, Thane, Maharashtra)
Responsibilities:
Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation (washing, peeling, cutting, chopping vegetables/meat).
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work stations.
Ensure proper storage of raw materials and ingredients as per hygiene standards.
Support in stocking and organizing kitchen inventory and supplies.
Assist with basic cooking tasks under chef's supervision when required.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Dispose of kitchen waste properly and maintain a clean work area.
Help with plating, garnishing, and food transfer to service staff.
Report shortages or equipment issues to the kitchen supervisor.
Follow instructions promptly during peak hours for smooth kitchen operations.
