• Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)

• Shift Timing: Rotational Shifts

• Education Qualification: 10th Pass

• Experience: 0–1 Year

Job Responsibilities

1. Food Preparation (Mise en Place)

• Chefs aur kitchen team ki help se recipes ke according food items prepare karna.

• Ingredients ko wash, cut aur properly arrange karna.

2. Cleaning aur Sanitization

• Kitchen equipment, fruits, vegetables aur workstations ko properly clean aur sanitize karna.

• Kitchen mein cleanliness aur hygiene maintain karna.

3. FIFO, FEFO aur MRD ki Understanding

• FIFO (First In, First Out) aur FEFO (First Expire, First Out) process ko follow karna.

• Products ki expiry date aur MRD (Minimum Required Date, as applicable) se related company process ko samajhna aur follow karna.

4. Stock Receiving aur Storage

• Deliveries receive karna aur products ki quantity aur quality check karna.

• Food items ko proper storage area mein rakhna.

5. Inventory Management

• Kitchen stock ko properly arrange karna.

• Stock rotation aur expiry management ka dhyan rakhna, taaki food wastage na ho.

6. Equipment aur Deep Cleaning

• Chefs aur KST staff ke saath milkar kitchen equipment ki cleaning aur deep cleaning mein help karna.

• Company ke cleaning standards aur processes ko follow karna.

7. Food Quality aur Safety

• Food ki quality, freshness aur presentation maintain karne mein kitchen team ki help karna.

• Food safety aur hygiene rules ko strictly follow karna.

8. Recipe aur Product Knowledge

• Company ke menu, recipes aur food products ke baare mein knowledge develop karna.

• Senior staff ke instructions ke according food preparation karna.

9. Additional Responsibilities

• Kitchen operations ko smoothly run karne ke liye assigned duties complete karna.

• Team ke saath coordinate karke time par tasks complete karna.

• Workplace par discipline, cleanliness aur safety maintain karna.

Candidate Requirements

• Candidate minimum 10th Pass hona chahiye.

• Fresher candidates bhi apply kar sakte hain.

• Kitchen mein kaam karne aur naye tasks seekhne ki willingness honi chahiye.

• Basic food hygiene aur cleanliness ki understanding honi chahiye.

• Teamwork, punctuality aur discipline maintain karna zaroori hai.
