Key Responsibilities

Bulk Food Preparation

Clean, wash, and chop vegetables in large quantities for Indian meals.
Assist with essential kitchen prep like kneading dough and boiling rice/lentils.

Thali Packaging

Pack food quickly and neatly into Thali trays and delivery containers.
Securely seal all packaging to ensure zero leakage during transit.
Organise delivery bags with essential add-ons like salads, pickles, and spoons.

Kitchen Maintenance & Cleaning

Wash large cooking hands, pots, pans, and utensils promptly.
Keep the kitchen counters, stoves, and packing stations completely clean and hygienic.
Maintain overall cleanliness of the cloud kitchen premises.

Requirements

Language: Hindi or basic English.
Status: Must be comfortable staying in the provided accommodation.
Hygiene: High standards of cleanliness and disciplined behaviour.
Speed: Ability to work quickly during peak lunch and dinner delivery hours.
