Food Preparation: Prepare authentic South Indian dishes, specifically mastering items such as Idli, Dosa (including various types like Masala Dosa, Rava Dosa), Vada, Upma, Pongal, Poori, Chapati, Parotta, Sambar, and various chutneys.
Quality Control: Ensure consistent taste, texture, and presentation of all dishes, adhering to established recipes and quality standards.
Kitchen Operations: Manage daily kitchen activities efficiently, including setting up the kitchen with necessary utensils and equipment.
Hygiene & Safety: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and work areas, following all health and safety regulations.
Inventory Management: Check the freshness of food and ingredients, discard out-of-date items, and assist with ordering and storing supplies.
Recipe Modification: Be able to slightly modify recipes to meet customer requests or specific dietary needs (e.g., allergies).
Supervision (if applicable): Supervise and assist junior
