We are looking for:
An experienced North Indian & Tandoor Cook for our busy takeaway/cloud kitchen. Must handle ala-carte orders with speed, taste, and consistency.Key Responsibilities: Prepare North Indian gravies, sabzi, dal, rice, biryani as per order
Tandoor section: Fresh naan, roti, kulcha, tandoori starters, kebabs
Manage Zomato/Swiggy orders during peak hours 11 AM – 3 PM & 7 PM – 11 PM
Portion control, plating, and packing for takeaway Maintain kitchen hygiene & food quality as per FSSAI standards Stock & prep management with helperRequirements:Experience: 1-3 years in restaurant/takeaway/QSR tandoor section Skills: Fast cooking, consistent taste, handles tandoor independently
Must be comfortable with split shift or 9-10 hr duty
Immediate joiners preferred
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + food + performance incentives
Perks: Weekly off, monthly bonus on high order volume
