Job Description

Shahi Vadapav is looking for a dedicated and passionate Indian Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing Indian food, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring food quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards.

• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food items.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.

• Set up and organize kitchen equipment and utensils.

• Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.

• Follow all food safety and health regulations.

• Manage inventory and report ingredient requirements.

• Assist in menu preparation and recipe improvements when required.

• Support and guide other kitchen staff, if needed.

• Customize dishes according to customer preferences whenever possible.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Below 10th / 12th Pass or above.

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in cooking or kitchen operations.

• Basic knowledge of Indian cooking techniques and food preparation.

• Understanding of hygiene and food safety practices.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Good time management and teamwork skills.
