Prepare all types of Indian dishes including North Indian, South Indian, Punjabi, Mughlai, Tandoor, Curry, Snacks, and Indian Breads.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are maintained.
Follow recipes, SOPs, and hygiene standards at all times.
Manage food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations efficiently.
Monitor stock levels and inform management about inventory requirements.
Minimize food wastage and control food costs.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and workstations.
Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
Develop new menu items and improve existing recipes when needed.
Requirements:
Experience in preparing all major Indian cuisine items.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Good team player with a positive attitude.
Strong knowledge of Indian spices, gravies, curries, and tandoor operations.
