मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

• रसोई में साफ-सफाई और सुरक्षा के सभी नियमों का पालन करना।

• खाना बनाने के लिए ज़रूरी बर्तन और सामान तैयार रखना।

• समय पर स्वादिष्ट खाना बनाना।

• हर रेसिपी को ध्यान से पढ़कर सभी ज़रूरी चीजें जुटाना।

• दूसरे रसोइयों की देखरेख करना और ज़रूरत पड़ने पर मदद करना।

• ग्राहकों की पसंद के अनुसार रेसिपी में थोड़ा बदलाव करना (जैसे – बिना दूध, बिना मेवा वाला खाना)।

• खाने की ताजगी जांचना और खराब सामान फेंक देना।

योग्यता:

• कम से कम 10वीं पास होना ज़रूरी।

• 2 से 5 साल का खाना बनाने का अनुभव होना चाहिए।

• पारंपरिक और नए तरीके से खाना बनाने की जानकारी होनी चाहिए।

• साफ-सफाई और समय का ध्यान रखने की आदत होनी चाहिए।

• अगर किसी कुकिंग स्कूल से कोर्स किया है तो बेहतर रहेगा।
