We are looking for a Indian Cook to join our team at Rajasthani Sweets and prepare delicious meals for the guests. Key responsibility includes preparing and delivering high-quality dishes, setting up the menu, and delegating tasks to kitchen staff (If needed). The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹15000.
Key Responsibilities:
Snack Preparation: Prepare authentic, crispy samosas and flaky kachoris (including dough making, perfect spice balance for stuffings, and expert frying).
Sweet Making: Master the art of jalebi making, including batter fermentation, sugar syrup (chasni) consistency, and shaping.
Quality Control: Ensure all prepared items have the correct texture, color, and authentic flavor profiles.
Kitchen Hygiene: Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation standards in the cooking and frying stations, adhering to food safety regulations.
Inventory Management: Monitor raw material stocks (maida, besan, sugar, oil, spices) and proactively inform management of reorder needs.
Equipment Maintenance: Properly clean and maintain frying equipment, kadhai, and bhattis.
