We are looking for an experienced Indian Chef who can manage overall kitchen operations, multi-cuisine menus, and multiple outlets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in managing kitchen staff, food quality, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage kitchen operations across multiple outlets
Handle Indian & Multi-Cuisine menus
Supervise, train & manage kitchen staff
Maintain food quality, taste consistency & presentation
Control food cost, wastage & inventory
Ensure hygiene, safety & FSSAI compliance
Menu planning & new dish development
Requirements:
Proven experience as Head Chef / Executive Chef / Senior Indian Chef
Experience handling multi-outlet operations
Strong team management & leadership skills
Knowledge of food costing & kitchen SOPs
