Kitchen Operations
Supervise Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants.
Allocate daily tasks and monitor productivity.
Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in menu planning and recipe standardization.
Food Safety & Hygiene
Follow HACCP, FSSAI, and company hygiene standards.
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
Ensure proper food handling, storage, and temperature control.
Minimize food wastage and implement cost-control measures.
