Job Description

Humein ek experienced aur skilled All-Rounder Indian Chef ki requirement hai jo independently kitchen handle kar sake aur different types ke Indian dishes prepare karne ka achha experience rakhta ho.

Candidate ko North Indian, Punjabi aur Indian cuisine ki achhi knowledge honi chahiye. Chef ko food ka taste, quality, hygiene aur timely preparation maintain karna aana chahiye.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily kitchen operations aur food preparation ko efficiently handle karna.

• Different types ke Indian dishes prepare karna.

• North Indian aur Punjabi dishes banane ka strong knowledge hona.

• Dal, Sabzi, Paneer, Gravy, Roti, Paratha, Rice, Biryani aur other Indian dishes prepare karna.

• Food ka taste aur quality consistently maintain karna.

• Vegetables, spices, gravies, sauces aur other ingredients ki proper preparation karna.

• Orders ke according food ko timely prepare karna.

• Kitchen mein cleanliness aur hygiene maintain karna.

• Food safety standards aur proper storage practices follow karna.

• Raw materials aur kitchen ingredients ka proper use aur storage ensure karna.

• Food wastage ko minimum rakhna.

• Kitchen helpers ke saath coordinate karke smooth operations maintain karna.

• Cooking area, utensils aur kitchen equipment ko clean aur properly maintain karna.

• Menu aur management ke instructions ke according dishes prepare karna.

• Busy hours mein efficiently kaam karna aur timely orders complete karna.

Candidate Requirements

• Indian cuisine ka good practical knowledge hona chahiye.

• North Indian / Punjabi cooking mein strong experience preferred.

• Candidate ko independently cooking aur kitchen preparation handle karna aana chahiye.

• Restaurant, Hotel, Cloud Kitchen, Café ya Commercial Kitchen ka experience preferred.

• Food hygiene aur kitchen safety ki basic understanding honi chahiye.

• Responsible, hardworking aur punctual hona chahiye.

• Team ke saath properly coordinate karke kaam karne ki ability honi chahiye.
