URGENT HIRING – CHIEF COOK / COOK

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
Industry: Premium Hotel / Hospitality / Cloud Kitchens
Position: Chief Cook / Cook
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Stay: Accommodation can be provided

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare high-quality North Indian cuisine as per hotel standards.
Handle daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
Ensure consistent taste, quality and presentation of food.
Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Manage ingredients and minimize food wastage.
Coordinate with other kitchen staff for smooth operations.
Ensure food is prepared on time and according to requirements.
Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.

Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience as a Cook / Chief Cook is preferred.
Must have strong knowledge of North Indian cooking.
Should be able to prepare a variety of North Indian dishes.
Experience in hotel, restaurant or premium hospitality setup will be preferred.
Should be responsible, punctual and disciplined.
Candidates willing to stay at the property will be preferred.
