Main Responsibilities:

North aur South Indian dishes (Veg & Non-Veg) ki gehri samajh.

Tandoor, Curry, aur Biryani sections mein expertise.

Kitchen hygiene aur food safety standards ka sakhti se palan karna.

Menu planning aur wastage control mein madad karna.

Requirements:

Kam se kam 1-5 saal ka experience kisi ache restaurant ya hotel mein.

Tezi se kaam karne ki shamta aur team player hona zaroori hai.

Consistency aur swad (taste) par mazboot pakad.
