Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with consistent quality and presentation.

• Design and update menus, incorporating seasonal and local ingredients.

• Ensure all dishes are prepared in accordance with dietary restrictions and guest preferences.

• Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to recipes and safety standards.

• Maintain inventory and place orders for food, supplies, and kitchen equipment.

• Monitor food costs and minimize waste to ensure profitability.

• Enforce sanitation and hygiene standards in compliance with food safety regulations.

• Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.

• Stay updated with culinary trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chef or relevant culinary role.

• Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred.

• Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.

• Leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Must have experience with north indian cuisine
