Salary: ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)
Job Responsibilities
Prepare authentic Indian dishes as per the restaurant menu and quality standards.
Handle Indian gravies, curries, vegetables, dal, rice, roti accompaniments, and other Indian food preparations.
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
Ensure proper food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety standards.
Manage food preparation and cooking during busy service hours.
Monitor ingredient quality, freshness, and stock availability.
Minimize food wastage and maintain proper storage of raw materials.
Coordinate with the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and other kitchen staff.
Follow recipes, kitchen SOPs, and food safety guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an Indian Cook in a restaurant or hotel.
Good knowledge of Indian cuisine, gravies, curries, and traditional cooking techniques.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
Teamwork, discipline, and time management skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
