Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Commis (Indian & Chinese) to assist in food preparation, maintain quality standards, and ensure smooth kitchen operations while following hygiene and food safety guidelines.

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and cook Indian and Chinese dishes as per recipes and SOPs.
Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Monitor food stock and report shortages to the senior chef.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen safety standards.
Minimize food wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
Work efficiently during peak service hours.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Indian and/or Chinese cuisine.
Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
