Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in Indian cuisine to manage a specific section of our kitchen. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality Indian dishes while ensuring consistency, hygiene, and food safety standards are upheld.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes (curries, tandoor, breads, biryanis, starters, etc.) based on the assigned kitchen section.

• Ensure all food preparation meets restaurant standards and quality benchmarks.

• Assist in the development and standardization of recipes and techniques for Indian cuisine.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of your work area at all times.

• Work closely with Sous Chef or Head Chef to ensure efficient kitchen operation.

• Manage mise-en-place and ensure readiness during service hours.

• Train and guide Commis and junior staff in the section.

• Minimize food waste and ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients.

• Comply with hygiene, health, and safety regulations as per FSSAI or HACCP standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of culinary experience, with at least 2 years as CDP or DCDP specializing in Indian cuisine.

• It is a Full Time Cook / Chef job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
