ob Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook authentic Indian and Tandoor dishes.
Handle tandoor section including naan, roti, kebabs, tikka, and grilled items.
Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards.
Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety practices are followed.
Manage daily mise en place and stock preparation.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations.
Monitor food inventory and avoid wastage.
Maintain cleanliness of tandoor equipment and kitchen area.
Requirements:
Experience as an Indian or Tandoor Chef in restaurant/hotel kitchens.
Good knowledge of Indian spices, gravies, and tandoor cooking techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Flexible to work in shifts and weekends.
