Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook tandoor items such as roti, naan, kulcha, tandoori starters, and kebabs

  • Ensure authentic taste, quality, and presentation of all tandoor dishes

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the tandoor section

  • Manage proper usage and temperature of the tandoor

  • Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations

  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Tandoor Chef
