काम की जिम्मेदारियाँ:

• सोया चाप की विभिन्न वैरायटी जैसे तंदूरी चाप, मलाई चाप, अफगानी चाप, अचारी चाप आदि बनाना।

• स्वादिष्ट ग्रेवी चाप तैयार करना जैसे बटर चाप, मसाला चाप, कढ़ाई चाप आदि।

• तंदूरी रोटी, मिस्सी रोटी, लच्छा पराठा आदि तंदूर में बनाना।

• साफ-सफाई और हाइजीन का विशेष ध्यान रखना।

• किचन में टीम के साथ समन्वय बनाकर काम करना।

आवश्यक अनुभव:

• कम से कम 1-2 साल का अनुभव चाप या तंदूरी आइटम्स बनाने में।

• ग्रेवी और तंदूरी रोटी बनाने में दक्षता होनी चाहिए।
