Manage stock levels of tandoor ingredients and report shortages.
Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Ensure safe operation of the tandoor, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Proven experience as a Tandoor Chef / Tandooria.
Hands-on knowledge of tandoor operations .
