CDP (Chef de Partie) – Indian/Conti Cuisine

Krishna Patisserie (Pinkk Sugars) is seeking a skilled and passionate Tandoor/Conti CDP (Chef de Partie) to join our culinary team. Pinkk Sugars is a premium vegetarian dining brand operated under Krishna Patisserie, known for its commitment to quality, and exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic Indian Conti and tandoor dishes while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen operations.

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹28,000 (In-hand) based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Indian and tandoor dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.

• Set up and manage the tandoor section, ensuring all ingredients, equipment, and mise en place are prepared before service.

• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food during service hours.

• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control across all dishes.

• Monitor food quality and ensure only fresh ingredients are used.

• Follow proper food storage, handling, and stock rotation procedures.

• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Assist in training and guiding junior kitchen staff when required.

• Support menu development and implementation of new dishes.

• Minimize food wastage and contribute to efficient kitchen operations.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of kitchen equipment and workstations.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Below 10th pass or above.

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an Indian or Tandoor kitchen.

• knowledge of tandoor operations, Indian cooking techniques, and food preparation methods.

• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Strong time management, teamwork, and organizational skills.

• Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and consistency.

• Culinary certification or professional kitchen training will be an added advantage.
