Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Head Chef to manage overall kitchen operations, ensure food quality and consistency, and lead the kitchen team effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day kitchen operations and team performance.
Prepare and oversee multicuisine menu items with consistent taste and presentation.
Ensure food quality, hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
Manage food preparation, portion control, and wastage.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and kitchen supplies.
Control food costs and maintain proper kitchen budgets.
Train, guide, and motivate kitchen staff.
Plan daily production and ensure timely food service.
Develop new dishes and improve existing menu items.
Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager/Operations team.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and FSSAI guidelines.
