Position: All-Rounder Chef
Department: Kitchen
Working Hours: 12 Hours
Weekly Off: 3 Monthly

Key Responsibilities

Prepare food as per Dhaba90’s recipes and quality standards.
Handle multiple kitchen sections as required.
Maintain food taste, quality, hygiene, and presentation.
Complete daily mise-en-place and preparation on time.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, utensils, and equipment.
Control food wastage and follow proper storage/FIFO practices.
Check food quality before service.
Follow kitchen SOPs, safety rules, and management instructions.
Support the kitchen team during busy hours.
Maintain punctuality, discipline, and professional behaviour.
