We are seeking an experienced and skilled Tandoor Chef to join our kitchen team. The candidate must have expertise in traditional tandoori cooking techniques and should be able to prepare items like tandoori roti, naan, kebabs, tikkas, and other grilled dishes. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining the tandoor oven, proper marination of ingredients, ensuring hygiene and food safety, and delivering consistent quality and presentation. The chef should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, coordinate with team members, and manage inventory related to tandoor items. Prior experience in a similar role is essential.
