Indian And Tandoor Cook

Tadka Rani is a leading Cloud Kitchen, operating 24 hours a day, delivering authentic and flavorful Indian cuisine across multiple brands. We are looking for a skilled Indian Chef to join our growing team. The role requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) in a fast-paced, delivery-focused kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a wide range of Indian dishes (North Indian, Mughlai, Tandoor, Curries, Biryani, etc.) as per standardized recipes.

• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation for delivery orders.

• Manage mise en place and oversee smooth operations of the assigned kitchen section.

• Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.

• Contribute to menu innovation and new product development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Indian Chef in a restaurant, hotel, or cloud kitchen.

• Strong knowledge of Indian gravies, spices, tandoor operations, and traditional cooking techniques.

• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, 24/7 kitchen setup.

• Willingness to work rotational/multiple shifts.

• Strong teamwork and time management skills.
