We are looking for skilled Indian cuisine cooks to join our brigade at Commi 2 to Commi 1 levels, with a focus on curries and tandoor.
Operations: 24 hours a day, 6 days a week (Tuesday weekly off).
Shift Length: 10 hours per shift.
Rotation: Candidates must be open to rotating shifts (Day & Night) as per kitchen roster.
Assist in Indian Curry or Tandoor section, depending on skill set.
Prepare mise-en-place, marinations, curry bases, and tandoor breads/items.
Cook, plate, and portion dishes according to standardized recipes.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and food quality.
Support senior chefs (DCDP/CDP) in running the section smoothly.
Ensure consistency, portion control, and timely order delivery.
Follow FSSAI, ESI/PF, and company compliance standards.
Experience: 1–3 years in Indian Curry or Tandoor section (restaurant, hotel, or cloud kitchen).
Education: 10th/12th pass; culinary diploma/ITI preferred.
Skills:
Basic to intermediate knowledge of curry gravies, masalas, and tandoor breads.
Ability to handle prep work independently.
Willingness to learn and grow into higher roles.
Discipline, hygiene, and teamwork.
In-Hand Salary Bracket: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience & role level).
