Job Responsibility
Cooking & Preparation: Assisting in the preparation of authentic Indian dishes, with a strong focus on Tandoori techniques.
Station Management: Handling daily mise-en-place, managing stock levels, and ensuring proper food rotation.
Hygiene & Safety: Adhering strictly to HACCP and sanitation standards to maintain a clean kitchen.
Collaboration: Working under the supervision of Chef de Partie to ensure consistent food quality.
