About the Role:
We are looking for passionate and skilled Indian Tandoor Commis (I, II & III) to join our culinary team. The ideal candidates will assist in preparing authentic Indian tandoor dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and cooking of a variety of tandoor items — kebabs, rotis, naan, and other Indian breads.
Support the CDP and senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
Follow standard recipes and ensure consistency in flavor and quality.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the tandoor section and kitchen area.
Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients and equipment.
Learn and develop culinary skills under the supervision of senior chefs.
Who Can Apply:
Experience:
Commis I: 3–5 years of experience in a tandoor kitchen.
Commis II: 2–3 years of experience in Indian cuisine.
Commis III: 1–2 years of basic kitchen/tandoor experience.
Strong knowledge of Indian spices, marination, and tandoor techniques.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
