Empire Restaurants is looking for a skilled and passionate Chef specializing in Indian cuisine to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing North and South Indian dishes, maintaining kitchen hygiene standards, and leading a team in a high-volume restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present authentic Indian dishes with consistency and high quality.
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards as per FSSAI guidelines.
Manage inventory and coordinate with procurement for fresh supplies.
Innovate and contribute to menu development.
Requirements:
0-3 years of experience in Indian cuisine (Tandoor, Curry, South Indian, etc.).
Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Culinary degree or certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience in a multi-outlet restaurant chain is an advantage.
