We are looking for an experienced Indian & Tandoor Cook who can prepare authentic North Indian, Punjabi, and Tandoori dishes with rich flavors and consistent quality. The ideal candidate should be skilled in operating a tandoor, preparing curries, gravies, kebabs, and breads like naan, roti, and kulcha.
Prepare and cook a wide range of Indian curries, gravies, and tandoor items (veg & non-veg).
Operate and maintain the tandoor oven (for naan, roti, tikkas, etc.).
Ensure taste consistency and presentation standards in all dishes.
Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety as per FSSAI norms.
Assist in menu planning and daily mise en place (pre-preparation).
Manage cooking timelines during rush hours efficiently.
Check freshness and quality of ingredients before use.
Coordinate with the team for smooth kitchen operations.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Indian/Tandoor cooking.
Strong knowledge of spices, marination, and grilling techniques.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced kitchen.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and festivals.
