Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet hotel standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety guidelines.
Plan daily menus and monitor food inventory.
Manage food preparation, storage, and stock rotation.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations.
Minimize food wastage and control kitchen costs.
Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly used and maintained.
Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a hotel or restaurant.
Knowledge of Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, or Continental cuisine is an added advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
Strong time management and teamwork skills.
Honest, disciplined, and dedicated to quality.
