Roles & Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation
Design and update menus based on customer preferences and seasonal availability
Supervise and train kitchen staff
Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control standards
Monitor kitchen inventory, food costs, and vendor coordination
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen
Ensure timely food service and smooth kitchen workflow
Required Skill Set:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field
3–7 years of experience in hospitality or restaurant kitchen operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Expertise in food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen operations
