Head Cook

We are looking for a Kitchen Trainer and Leader to join our team Pizza 4ps and oversee delicious meals for the guests. Key responsibility includes preparing and delivering high-quality dishes, setting up the menu, and delegating tasks to kitchen staff (If needed). The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹40000 - ₹70000.

Key Responsibilities:

Leader-

"‐At least 5 years of experience

- Able to proactively carry out quality improvement work and test.

(Able to analyze the cause and take action when a problem occurs)

- Have basic knowledge of food hygiene.

- Able to perform basic PC work for reporting and communicate in English.

‐ COG management

- Must have led a team of 15-20 members.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th and 5- 10+years of experience. Someone with around good years of experience, good food knowledge, training skills, and understanding of inventory and SOPs,Can train juniors in the future. The role requires excellent time management and leadership skills. A culinary school diploma or certification in a similar field is a plus.
