Conduct hands-on training in cooking techniques and multi-cuisine preparation (Continental, Chinese, Italian) along with kitchen management.
Guide, mentor, and assess kitchen staff to improve performance and skills.
Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized kitchen environment.
Work closely with team members to maintain a positive and productive atmosphere.
