About the Role -
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have strong culinary expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to maintain high food quality standards while efficiently managing kitchen staff, costs, and inventory.
Key Responsibilities -
• Manage day-to-day kitchen operations efficiently
• Plan menus and control food costing
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
• Supervise, train, and schedule kitchen staff (roster management)
• Ensure hygiene, food safety, and compliance with industry standards
• Manage kitchen inventory, stock control, and procurement requirements
Required Skills & Competencies
• Leadership and team management skills
• Expertise in food production and presentation
• Cost control and inventory management knowledge
