Cook Indian, Continental, Asian, and international dishes as per recipe
Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
Plan menus as per dietary requirements and preferences
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, storage areas, utensils, and appliances
Ensure proper food storage, stock rotation, and inventory control
Manage grocery and kitchen supply requirements
Prepare special meals for guests, meetings, and events when required
Maintain professional conduct, discipline, and punctuality
Minimum 5 years of experience as a professional or residential cook
Strong knowledge of Indian, Continental, Chinese, Italian, and basic international cuisines
Must speak and understand basic to good English
Excellent standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
Physically fit, disciplined, polite, and trustworthy
Flexible working hours and willingness to support events / guests
Must be willing to relocate and stay on the property with family (not alone)
1-month probation period
After successful completion of probation, family accommodation will be provided within the property
