We are seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for menu planning, food quality, kitchen staff management, and ensuring a high standard of hygiene and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

🍽️ Kitchen Management

Oversee complete kitchen operations and daily food preparation
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Monitor portion control and minimize food wastage

📋 Menu Planning

Design and update menus based on trends and customer preferences
Introduce new dishes and seasonal specials
Ensure cost-effective menu planning

👨‍🍳 Team Leadership

Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff
Assign duties and manage work schedules
Maintain discipline and team coordination

🛒 Inventory & Cost Control

Manage inventory, stock ordering, and vendor coordination
Control food costs and kitchen expenses
Ensure proper storage of ingredients

🧼 Hygiene & Safety

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI guidelines)
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment
Conduct regular quality checks
