We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef specializing in Mexican and Continental cuisines. The candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction through taste and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of Mexican and Continental dishes
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Plan menus and suggest new recipes as per customer preferences
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
Manage kitchen inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients
Monitor food portioning and minimize wastage
Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required
Follow food safety standards and kitchen SOPs
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Mexican or Continental Chef
Strong knowledge of Mexican (tacos, burritos, nachos, etc.) and Continental cuisines
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Creativity in food presentation and menu planning
Team player with good communication skills
