We are looking for a skilled and motivated Demi Chef de Partie to support our kitchen team in daily food preparation and operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in a professional kitchen, a passion for cooking, and the ability to maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Chef de Partie in managing a specific section of the kitchen
Prepare, cook, and present dishes as per company standards
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely and consistent manner
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation specifications
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management
Support junior kitchen staff and help in training when required
Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role
Knowledge of kitchen operations and cooking techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good understanding of food safety standards
Team player with good communication skills
