Job Description

Saha Foods is looking for an experienced Fast Food Cook who can prepare delicious and high-quality shawarmas, burgers and sandwiches. The candidate should be able to manage food preparation, maintain consistent taste and quality, and keep the kitchen clean and organised.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare shawarmas, burgers, sandwiches, fries and other fast-food items.

• Marinate and cook chicken for shawarma.

• Prepare sauces, fillings, vegetables and other ingredients.

• Operate shawarma machines, grills, fryers and other kitchen equipment.

• Ensure proper portion size, presentation and consistent taste.

• Complete customer orders quickly and accurately.

• Help set up and improve the fast-food menu.

• Check the freshness and quality of ingredients.

• Store raw materials and prepared food safely.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.

• Follow all food-safety and sanitation guidelines.

• Minimise food wastage and manage ingredients properly.

• Modify dishes according to customer requests, when possible.

• Guide or supervise kitchen helpers when required.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in preparing shawarmas, burgers and sandwiches.

• Good knowledge of marination, grilling, frying, sauces and food preparation.

• Ability to handle multiple orders during busy hours.

• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food-safety practices.

• Punctual, disciplined and responsible.

• Good teamwork and time-management skills.

• Culinary qualification is preferred but not compulsory.

Candidates with hands-on experience in a fast-food restaurant, café, cloud kitchen or quick-service restaurant will be preferred.

• It is a Full Time Cook / Chef job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
