Prepare a variety of quick and high-quality food items including Maggie, tea, coffee, rolls, sandwiches, and other snacks in accordance with our café's standards.
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
Ensure all kitchen and cooking equipment is in good working condition, clean, and properly stored.
Keep track of ingredient stock and inform the management about reordering supplies.
Proven experience in food preparation and cooking in a café, restaurant, or similar establishment.
Knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene standards.
Strong communication skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in managing inventory and stock is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is a plus.
Flexibility to work in shifts (including weekends and holidays).
