Cook / Chef – Chinese Momos & Chinese Meals (Food Cart)Experience RequiredMinimum 1 Year Experience in Momos + Chinese Fast Food (street food / takeaway / QSR)Job LocationDelhi (Food Cart)Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook Steamed/Fried/Tandoori MomosMake Chinese items like:Noodles (Hakka/Schezwan)Fried RiceManchurian (Dry/Gravy)Chilli Paneer/Chilli Chicken (if kept in menu)Maintain taste consistency & quality dailyEnsure food is served hot, fresh & on timeMaintain hygiene and cleanliness at the cart and cooking areaProper food presentation + packing in plates/boxes for takeawayHandle food items with gloves, cap, clean apronEnsure stock control of:Vegetables, paneer/chicken, sauces, wrappers, packing itemsTake customer orders politely when requiredCoordinate with helper for smooth service during rush hoursHygiene & Safety RequirementsClean uniform + cap + apron mandatoryClean hands / gloves usageProper waste disposal and cleaning after shiftFollow basic FSSAI hygiene practices (clean utensils, safe water, clean food storage)Skills RequiredFast cooking speed (good in rush hours)Good knowledge of momo filling, chutney & Chinese saucesClean working habits, discipline and punctualitySoft spoken and professional behaviourPreferredExperience in high-footfall cart/restaurantKnowledge of food storage and daily preparation planning
