sincere, honest, committed, self motivated, creative, ability to work under pressure , team player, adaptive and adoptive, goo communicator are few key softskills must to have

he/she should be aware of industry best practices, hygiene, food safety, etc

he/she should contribute in menu engineering, food testing and able to prepare quality foods

salary is negotiable based on skills and knowledge.

he has to be specialized in more than 1 or 2 skills and have ability to learn more
