We are seeking a skilled Dosa Maker to prepare high-quality dosas and other South Indian dishes while maintaining consistency, hygiene, and timely service.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare dosas, uttapam, idli, and related South Indian items.
Prepare batter, chutneys, and sambar.
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
Ensure consistent quality and efficient service.
Manage ingredients and minimize wastage.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience as a Dosa Maker or South Indian Cook.
Knowledge of South Indian cuisine and food hygiene.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
Team player with a positive attitude.
