Crew Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Crew Member to join our team at Arroy Foods Private Limited and prepare delicious meals for the guests. Key responsibility includes preparing and delivering high-quality dishes, setting up the menu, and delegating tasks to kitchen staff (If needed). The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹20000.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle all food products with care and maintain the quality and presentation standards of AROI’s Dimsum Corner (ADC)

2. Prepare and steam dim sums, baos, and other products strictly as per defined SOPs, including correct steaming time and quantity.

3. Ensure every product is served as per the specified portion, presentation, temperature, and serving guidelines.

4. Follow proper food handling, hygiene, sanitation, and health & safety practices at all times.

5. Check the freshness and quality of ingredients and products before use and report any quality concerns to the supervisor.

6. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, counter, equipment, utensils, and outlet at all times.

7. Handle customer orders accurately and ensure timely preparation and service.

8. Operate Petpooja for order taking and billing accurately.

9. Maintain proper stock handling and ensure products are stored correctly to avoid damage, spoilage, or wastage.

10. Minimise food wastage and follow portion-control and food-cost guidelines.

11. Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and day-to-day operations of the outlet.

12. Follow all ADC SOPs and instructions to ensure a consistent customer experience across every order.

Job Requirements

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 2 - 6 years of experience. Familiarity with cooking techniques (advance & non-traditional), recipes, and sanitation regulations are ideal for the position. The role requires excellent time management and leadership skills. A culinary school diploma or certification in a similar field is a plus.
