About the Role:
Responsible for managing day-to-day store operations and ensuring a seamless and positive guest experience by maintaining service quality, efficiency, and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform basic food preparation tasks, including preparing waffles, assembling items, and garnishing as per standards.
Accurately take customer orders (in-store and over the phone) and provide detailed information about menu items.
Prepare food items according to standardized recipes and instructions provided by the store manager.
Operate the cash register and handle billing and payment processing efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing work areas.
Prepare ingredients and ensure proper storage and handling in the kitchen area.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock availability at all times.
Deliver excellent customer service and promptly address customer queries or concerns.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards to ensure a safe working environment.
Participate in training sessions to enhance service skills, product knowledge, and brand awareness.
